Wonderful
The most impressive thing about this hotel was the first rate staff. Friendly, kind, caring, attentive, helpful, and I could go on. Additionally, the hotel was very nice, bed comfortable, breakfast great, and price great. Could not have been happier.
Rock music in the dining room during breakfast was my only complaint.

Excellent location and having a parking garage at sister hotel was a real plus for us. Staff was so helpful and courteous. Several little extras they gave us were so nice. Breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely stay again.

In a side lane so cannot catch a cab or Uber right in front of hotel, makes it a bit difficult if you have luggage or there is weather.

Top location. Hospitality is amazing. Staff are fantastic.
Service including welcome treats and farewell treats are absolutely outstanding. Highly recommend.
More and better access to electrical outlets. Such as from bedside table.

The rooms were so very nice! The TV inside the mirror was something we had never seen before! The staff were so friendly & helpful! The breakfast was delicious…& the location was central for just about anything you wanted to do or see!

Hotel located right next to the biggest attractions and 100m from the entrance to the metro station.
Staff very helpful and speak fluent English.
Premium Double room very spacious with a gigantic bathroom. With windows facing the courtyard you couldn't hear the city.
A nice bonus was the free drinks and snacks waiting in our room every evening.

We liked everything about the property. For starters, it is in a great central location for touring, but even better, on a small stretch of street that is pedestrian traffic only, so it is totally quiet. Everything looks new. I don’t know if it is, but everything in the hotel is in perfect condition.They showered us with goodies-a bottle of port, a bottle of Lisbon’s famous sour cherry wine with fixings for a drink, the famous Portuguese custard tart, and chocolate. Oh, I forgot the coupon for 2 free cocktails in their bar, and 10% discount at their sister hotel’s restaurant. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom with all the modern amenities, including bidet, slippers and robe. Staff was exceedingly friendly and courteous. The buffet had a wonderful variety and included specialty coffees. Their sister hotel, Hotel Mundial is just across a courtyard behind the hotel, and that hotel has a wonderful, restaurant (Varanda) on the 8th floor with fabulous city views, as well as an outdoor rooftop bar. Don’s miss either one.
