Fabulous small hotel tucked away in a quiet part of Alfama. The staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly, and they answered the questions that I had about transport & places of interest. Very pleasant and comfortable room and facilities and plenty of space. There are some wonderful welcome gestures which I won’t go into detail about so that you can be as surprised as I was. A delightful stay in every respect.

Staff went above and beyond! They booked things for us and even helped us order a charger for a phone and have it delivered to us. Joanna was well informed and provided so much information. ALL the staff including the breakfast staff provided the best service we ever had at any hotel. Breakfast was exceptional! Highly recommend the avocado toast and Nutella crepe!
The hotel was exceptional but the location was a bit of a walk away from the tourist areas. I wouldn’t suggest it if you have mobility issues. But Ubers and taxis are just a call away and staff is ready to make that call.

Great location, as long as you don’t mind walking up steep hills. Staff were very helpful and gave good tips on where to go and things to do in Lisbon. Lots of great bars and restaurants close by, but if you want to go further afield then the famous Tram28 stops just up the street. The restaurant across from the hotel’s front door is well worth a visit.

Charming, clean, spacious alot of attention to details. I love that it's a modern hotel in a very old part of town.
Beds were spacious and very comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. The staffs were beyond helpful, with great tips and recommendations.
Breakfast was so good with nice presentay.
Only small issue with the air con/ventilation, we couldn't control it ourselves in the room, we opened the windows at night because it was a bit stuffy.

Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, very nice bathrooms. What stood out was the service, Joana from guest services was amazing, as were the rest of the staff. Very cool location in the old town. Breakfast very good for a 4* too with a la carte options. Highly recommend this hotel.
Only thing missing for a longer stay would be a pool/gym but that’s not essential at a boutique hotel. You’ll have a great stay here!

I'm traveling a lot, but this Hotel i absolutely perfect for me. Very strategic place if you looking for place from where is possible to visit all turistic points by walk. All the staff was very nice ane we spend there really nice time. All the staff welcomed me with smile on their faces everyday, and it made my days better here. I have to really recommad this hotel. I will return to this hotel next time again.
