We liked everything about this hotel, especially the location. The evening buffet dinner was very good and the free breakfast offered a wide array of delicious breakfast options. Our room was surprisingly quiet for a hotel across from the airport.

Location, staff and breakfast were excellent.
The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired..It is small, small, small. Plus it is in the bedroom so the only privacy is a draw curtain. This is the only drawback to what otherwise is a great hotel.

The proximity to the Lisbon Airport. It is an easy five minute walk from the front door of the hotel to the front door of the Lisbon Airport. There was very little noise even though it is right next to the airport; they must have spent extra money on soundproofing windows and walls. In addition we just assumed the free breakfast would not be accessible to us since we were leaving the hotel so early in the morning. However the Star Inn begins their breakfast at 2AM!!! And the selection at this breakfast was amazing. A really welcome surprise. Even jumping on the Metro to go explore for a few hours was easy as the Metro stop is right at the airport. A really great value property with very helpful staff.
The mattresses were a bit hard.
