The hotel is lovely. It's beautiful and situated in a great location, walking distance to many things. The staff was super friendly and accomodating.

Every member of the staff was exceptional. This to me is what makes the biggest difference at any hotel property and Vintage Hotel is absolutely nailing it.
The beds were not comfortable - at this price point I expect to be on a high quality mattress. I also would have liked more privacy in the bathroom. Toilets should be in fully contained rooms and I think overall this space was more open than it needed to be

The Room was nice, decor was pleasing and many nice amentities. We love relaxing at the rooftop bar for the evening and watching the sunset. They had a delicious mixed drink special for the month up there. Breakfast downstairs was delicious, even though it was not included. The locations was okay depending which way you were going/coming there are some hills to up when coming from the main street, Av. de Liberdade.
Breakfast was overpriced, so many wonderful cafe not to far for much less. Depending on places you are visiting or wanting to explore. It is a bit more of a walk, which we didn't mind and did our research before hand but could be a downside for many.

Lovely rooms and location, lots of really good restaurants close by within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and happy to give lots of recommendations and advice for places to visit/food to try etc.

The property was clean, modern and in a great location. Good size room and the amenities in the room were excellent. The gnt in the room was a great touch as well as the cake/port for my partners birthday.
One day we returned at the end of a long day out and the room hadnt been serviced which was annoying. We did call reception and this was seen to straight away. Its also worth noting the you can only use the spa for a maximum of 1 hour. This isnt advertised anywhere on their website or on booking.com so if you intend having a long weekend in Lisbon and wish to use the spa for an afternoon for a bit of R&R after all that walking probably not the place to choose with the limitation.
