You cannot get closer to the Lisbon airport than this! But this is not your usual "average" airport hotel: It is very well appointed, the staff are super friendly and speak multiple languages. Bonus is that check-out is only at 12 noon. And the restaurant food & wine options are above average for "airport hotels" as well.

Beautiful hotel with very nice room. We stayed the night before we left Portugal. Very convenient to the airport. They do have a shuttle which runs early. Breakfast is good.
The room was really nice but it had the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on.

The proximity to the airport for an overnight stay or if you have a long lay over between connecting flights.
Very very small room so that you can’t even open your suitcase, let alone 2 suitcases and wander freely in the room. The room is extremely dark, small window. Everything was really tiny. The explanation of how to walk from the terminal to the hotel was poor to say the least. No signs, it’s a proximity of 300 meters, and it took us 30 minutes to understand how to walk it, eventually we gave up and waited for the shuttle although we were very tired after a long flight. The food in the bar was very expensive and didn’t justify the high price.

Location to airport
Hotel needs to be refurbished. It was old and room shower needs to be replaced. Shower door did not close. When you shower water went everywhere. For the amount of money you charge for the room it definitely could have been better.

Location
Design of bathroom. The inclusion of an unnecessary traditional bath caused the shower and wc cubicles to be far too small (resembling the type of facilities found in public conveniences). The lack of door to the bathroom area. The huge window from the bedroom to the bathroom area showed exceptional bad taste (even though curtains and blinds were available for use) - a large mirror here would have been an obvious alternative. Lack of usb-c charging facilities even though hotels of lower categories have these as standard in the EU.
