The location is excellent. Great staff and the facilities are beautiful. When you arrived to the room it smell good. Bathroom is big. It have a patio in the second floor that have oranges trees.

It was very clean and the facilities are really good. The location is a few minutes walk to the metro if you want to go somewhere else. There are lots of places nearby to eat and grocery stores to buy something. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. There was no elevator but the staff assisted us in taking our luggage upstairs. When we asked they gave us recommendations in where to eat nearby and we have tried a few places and the food is delicious.

Very Good
It is close to the Metro Arroios and it’s easy to connect with the other places the city.
Spacious, bright, clean room, quite private and close to businesses and places of interest other than the tourist attractions in the traditional neighbourhoods.
You can feel the train a little, but it's not something that bothers you.

Nice little hotel, close to the Metro and shops. I enjoyed the little touches in the interior design. There is a really nice garden and a well-appointed kitchen on the property.
They gave us what I suspect was one of their worst rooms, overlooking the concrete rooftop of the eatery next door. Wasn't that much of a problem, but for people with more luggage or the elderly going up and down the stairs can be taxing.

Everything! It was such a welcoming feel as soon as you walked in, off the street. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room constantly had a fresh fragrance that brought the mind to peace and relaxation immediately. We were amazed at how quiet it was in our room, yet if you opened the window the street noise was high with sirens, cars honking. You closed the window and there was silence! Impressive. Same in the garden, beautiful serene quiet and we loved the kitchen as a place to use and cook. We only used dishes from it but there was a lady in there one night making her full meal and it gave a sense of a home atmosphere. We will definitely recommend and come back. Can’t thank you enough for all the details you include to make it truly an escape and relaxing experience.

This was a great place to stay in Lisbon. The metros were just a few meters by walk on either side. There was a great breakfast place close by, forgetting the name. The reception staff, especially Bruno was very helpful and gave us good inputs on how to get around and what to see. The garden outside is beautiful to just relax and chill. The room was very clean and comfortable though a bit small for 3 people. Recommend this place to stay if you are in Lisbon.
No lift/ elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up 2 or 3 floors, but they help you.
