The staff were helpful and communicated really well. G Neto was absolutely fantastic. When my Uber kept taking longer and longer to arrive, Mr Neto helped me with my luggage all the way to the taxi rank a couple of streets away, spoke to the driver and made sure I was settled in the taxi before leaving.
The location was good but road works meant that taxi's took longer eg an initial ETA for the uber would go from 5 minutes to 15minutes or more. It would be better if the hotel could give some guidance\warning about these road works so that drivers would finally a quicker way, or even to meet at the junction corner of the hotel rather than at the front entrance.

Everything was great! We are definitely coming back. If I have to say Just one thing, it was too warm in the room. Even with the window open. So that was a bit strange, as it was not warm outside. I don’t like airconditioning so it was my choice. Nevertheless.

Your hotel exceeded our expectations! Thank you for focusing on guest experience. Checkin was perfect, staff were very helpful and friendly. It was my husbands birthday and I asked for a complimentary upgrade. We were given a beautiful room on the third floor with a balcony AND champagne and cake. How very lovely. We normally would not access breakfast but scheduled for following day. The food was freshly prepared, great variety of choices, staff very professional, and coffee superb

Professional and very friendly staff, very good service, great breakfast and the breakfast team is great. The staff team is detailed oriented and they are very responsive & supportive. Location of hotel is great in a very calm street but also walking distance from points of interest and perpendicular to the main avenue. Thank you for this great stay and bravo to the team!
