Breakfast & staff in charge of breakfast who were not so helpful when we accidently spilt some orange juice. We asked for a toal or additional napkins to clean it up, the staff promised to bring something but eventually let us sit at a table covered with orange juice for over half hour while passing by multiple times. A bit strange reaction.

While the room was clean and well presented, the disappointment came when trying to make use of the spa facilities. I literally picked your hotel because I was looking for an indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Could have paid half of this price for a local accommodation in Lisbon. The facilites were in a poor state, nothing seemed to be working, the water in the swimming pool was freezing cold, and when reported to reception, we were told that we should do some exercise ahead of entering the pool… in general the staff wasn’t very polite, to be honest. A really big well done for one of the waitresses in the breakfast time (a Brazilian young man wearing glasses, which I didn’t have the opportunity to ask for his name). His politeness and kindness was outstanding serving us and all customers as far as witnessed. Definitely what a 4 star hotel should be looking to offer as a quality service. One a positive note: your breakfast is outstanding, the variety and quality of pastries, bread and fruit was impressive.

Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Quick ride into the main part of Lisboa by bus or train takes about 20 mins. They look like they are curentyly renovating a few of the facilities downstairs such a massage room, steam room etc
