The hotel is very conveniently located with easy access to taxis and public transport (metro and buses). The room and bathroom were very clean and well equipped. The reception is always ready to help you with anything. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety.

Good location, nice staff at reception and restaurant, nice breakfast
Problems with changing the towels almost everyday, sometimes no coffee, no water - very random changing room, bad pillow, some noise in the hallway

Good location, very decent, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very nice at the front desk. Super friendly and always willing to help.
Breakfast too expensive. Sometimes hard to communicate with housekeeping lady due to language barrier. I would appreciate if the hotel offered a bottle of water on a daily basis instead of the having their guest bring it for 3 euros from the bar. After all it would cost the hotel nothing to put a small bottle of water in the rooms daily and it would be a really nice touch.

Room is comfortable, they had many complementary items including a wooden comb, good location, had a nice complementary bottle of water in the room as well, facilites were nice with good restaurant and bar areas.
I ordered a salad to my room however didn’t get any kind of dressing for it. The rest of the food was good.
The shower despite being nice and spacious have a construction issue that leads the water to outside the shower getting the floor mat very wet, something they could fix easily, besides that everything was great.

Clean and spacious. Very good front officers that is very helpful.
Stepping out of the shower is slippery. Potential fall hazard for anyone stepping down from the shower.

The room we stayed in was big and clean, and the food provided in the restaurant on the 5th floor was fabulous. There are also many good restaurants/brunches nearby. We were very happy about everything during our stay here.
