Elevator wasn't working. Had to use the service elevator.
The room was extremely hot and AC wasn't working.

Location
Too hot, crack in the sink, mould on the shower curtain, too hot and air con didnt work. Smelled foisty. Staff were rude in the morning

The room was comfortable, mattress, and very soft linen . Overall the bedding was clean .The staff from reception to the restaurant area were very helpful .
The bathroom was not clean. the toilet brush was dirty , behind the toilet pan and the water had mould. Hairs on the floor. The blankets were smelly. The rug had marks of dirty and the windows is de had finger marks all over . There was no amenities such as a kettle for a hot drink . Not mentioning a coffee machine. The pillows should be better , very low and not much filling .One do the hand towels had a hole , they should improve the quality. The room was sparse no decorating such as paintings or even a full length mirror on the wall.I found that the windows dont have a security latch . They open fully which is very dangerous . Its seems the management dont comply with safety. All do the above issues I raised at the reception. One of the cleaning ladies took the dirty toilet brush and said she washed it?! It should have been a brand new one. Theres lots to improve when it comes to small but important things in higiene. And overall in the building ( remove the fake plastic flowers, reception. corridor )
