I like the price, facilities and location of this hotel. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.
The hotels lack some modern appliances such as a microwave, adapter. Also, I wish the spa opened earlier and stayed opened later; instead of 10am-7pm, maybe 8am- 9pm.

The hotel is classed as 5 stars and it might have been 20 years ago but I would give it more than 3 stars now.
The whole hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms are poorly decorated. Broken wardrobe, chipped wood, no bedside table, dirty walls, dirty curtains, mould around the bathroom.
There was a smell of weed during the night and very dodgy people smoking weed at the hotel front door.
The breakfast on one of the days were chaotic with no clean table to sit and not glass or coffee cup to drink from. I had to ask one of only two staff to have a table cleaned and a clean glass. There was food everywhere around the floor and the food table was disgusting.
Located in a very poor area and far from the centre.

The bar staff made the best long island ice teas. For my birthday, they left some cake and champagne in my room. They were always helpful and happy to assist.

Easy to get to the airport
Bar selection of drinks limited. It was a pity the pool was not in use. Improve the pool to a heated pool under a canopy that can be opened i the summer so that it’s used all year round.

This is a 5 starts hotel, I would not expect simple things to be missing in the room. For example, a bathtub bung. We had to request one.... The air-condition did not work, and was fixed while we were in the room. It didn't take long.
