Location of this "Hotel" I would call it more of a guest house is very good close to the airport, but it is showing up as 3 star, more like 2, unfortunately the Ridge is showing its age and needs a refresh in my opinion, BUT the staff made our stay very pleasant.
The Ridge is showing its age and is over due a face lift, not 3 star in my opinion no way.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and the view from the window was amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.
Some ventilation in the bathroom would be good. And there was missing a hairdryer.

There was problem with the shower the water go outside the bathroom and the room
And there was not any shampoo or shower gel

The staff were lovely. Jamila, Umesh and Ana were a credit to the hotel. Nothing was too much for them and they regularly went above and beyond. We would stay here again.
From our room we could hear the noise from setting up for breakfast at 6:45am and the noise from other guests during breakfast. The fan and aircon in our room was also a little noisy. Breakfast options are great for a short stay but we did get tired of the options after 1 week.

Clean and nice room. Small but fine pool. Excellent views.
Beds fairly hard. Location is a long walk from Victoria. Taxis expensive but neccesary.

I liked a lot my room, the balcony and the views. The pool was amazing as well, very clean and open 24hrs. The place was very clean and the staff were very kind.I recommend it!

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and supportive and friendly. The view was very nice. The hotel has a pool and a restaurant. They arranged taxis to everywhere we needed to go.
It is on a hill so you need a car or a taxi ride.

We really liked the view and the little pool.
Staff was great and helpful, the food in the restaurant was very nice.
We only stayed for one night, because on the next day we went to a Sailing trip and therefore it was perfect.

The hotel is located on a hill, but SPTC-buses are stopping closeby on the main road. Rooms are nice, clean, the air condition is working well. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is spacious and the opposite doorsite door can be opened to the swimming pool side - but we did not use the pool. The breakfast was tasty and really big. For the price you get quite much in the hotel, compared to other hotels in the Seychelles. It is possible to eat lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is an ideal place to stay in Victoria when you want to go to the airport or to the ferry next day in the morning.
Double bed have been two single beds matrasses together. Fridge did not close properly and was hard to close. Area around Victoria is not good for swimming, but thats in general for Victoria.
