Very Good
A very friendly host, a spacious balcony with a garden and mountains view (not from all rooms obviously).
There are no house rules as concerns quietness, even in the evenings. All depends on the behavior of the guests. So, some evenings might be quiet and idyllic, while others will be very noisy, if large companies decide to have a grilling party or a company dinner in the yard. One will be lucky if they finish by 23..00. The place would definitely benefit from introducing the rule to stay quiet after a certain time.
