The housekeeping service missed something. One day, the small towels were missed, the floors weren't cleaned well, and one day we missed coffee.

Location and staff service. The cleaning lady was nice and efficient. The gym is functional and have the minimum you would expect. The room was good with enough space.
The elevators are old and slow. The check-in was messy. There were 2 lines instead of one and I needed to wait for about 15-20 minutes to check-in

Staff at the front desk was excellent. Breakfast staff was so accommodating and pleasant. Cleaning crew was exceptional. Vip staff most were nice but I stayed 10 nights and she would still ask me for my room number.
The Vip staff were great. But the lady at the desk was not pleasant. My mom was sick, and I asked the front desk if it was ok to grab snacks for her. They said, of course. The lady at the concierge said that wasn't allowed. Everything else was great.
