Great location. Quiet in the night. But not far from Patong center (bangla road). Room was very big, a lot of space. Two big beds, perfect. It's located next to a breakfast restaurant.
Shower could have been separated by curtains. Whole bathroom wet when showering.

Location was great, really close to beach and good air condition. Staff was pleasant and they even let us leave our backpacks after checkout.
Room doesnt have any shelfs so we were not able to drop our stuff anywhere.

Relatively big room. Good location: many shops outside and close to the beach.
The major problem was that the accommendation tried to scam me. When I arrived the guy at the reception told me that I had to pay in cash. (His English was very bad and it was hard to communicate.) I checked the booking app and saw that I already payed beforehand. As the local booking help hotline is only in Thai and I didnt have the possibility to make international calls, I wasnt sure how to find out what to do. I told them that I wanted a receipt of the transaction stating that I payed in cash. He printed several documents but none had what I wanted. I finally used google translate and said that I think he is trying to scam me as the app says that I already payed. He then called someone and pretended that the issue was resolved. This was obviously a trick to make it seem like it was a computer problem and not a scam - earlier, he told me that the entire hotel is cash only. But then suddenly they did get my transfer? Definitely a scam. From that moment I felt very unsafe in the property and was always anxious to leave anything in the room while I left. I CANNOT RECOMMENT THIS ACCOMENDATION. Stay away if you dont want to get scammed. Also, the room had two double beds, the sheets had big stains on them, the picture of the room looked way nicer than the actual room and you had to make a really high step into the bathroom which might be a problem for older people / people with mobility issues.

The whole hotel was amazing, from the location to the facilities that the hotel provided us with, the location was amazing couldnt get any better, very close to the beach and restaurants and bars.
