Disappointing
Location was convenient
Bathroom was not clean, the shower is not separated causing the entire bathroom to get wet, no amenities- they dont even provide any coffee. The room ceiling and the walls had stains. I have taken pictures.

Nothing maybe the location
This is not a hotel. it's corridors are open air overlooking an extremely moldy adjacent building!
the rooms were smelly and wet from lack of ventilation.
the hotel has renovation works including jackhammers and paint thinner smell. the ceiling is very low and you feel trapped.

Room very close to Patong beach and walking distance from main area. Walking distance to Indian veg restaurants, shopping malls, 7/11 stores etc. Room size was as per expectations. Availability of hot water all day was added advantage
Room had less lighting. More lighting would be better, as its on inner side and not sea facing. Lack of properly English Speaking staff. No utensils such as bowls, knife available to eat. Cleaning staff / engineers available only during specific time.

Excellent location, the bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi was good. Great budget hotel. .
When I asked for additional towels, I was told no. I had to wait until the next day to get a fresh towel. Our towels fell to the bathroom floor. Our towels were soaking wet.
