The room was well equipped.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, you feel that they are one of your family.
The room was big and clean.
I didn't use any insect repellent.
The Spa in the other jw marriot location was very good.
Kids club offer switch devices.
They have a lot of activities.
I wish they add espresso machine.
Kids club was a pit small.
The cleanness of billiards and baby-foot and the kids club.
The smell of the reception is a pit annoying.
I wish they offer more types of massages.

Very nice hotel, good breakfast. Fantastic room with 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, spacious living room area. Nice swimming pool. Golf cart shuttle to the beach. Clean beach. ( no chairs on the beach ) Good hotel for people who want quietness. Short walk to some shops and restaurants. NO LOUD TOURISTS. Near the airport.
Not next to the beach, so no chairs to sit on. Small shopping street, if you want more entertainment, the hotel is a bit far from other possibilities. Chairs can be rented from local stalls.

Beautiful and access to beach front via buggy service.
The only issue is that it’s far from main city area of Phuket - so it’s more if you want to be in a quieter part of Phuket and enjoy the resort vibe as opposed being in the heart of the city/bustling areas

Upon arrival the staff could not do more for my family. The room was exceptional and the facilities were great. The kids club activities are so good.

Pool facilities were great for both kids and adults.
Breakfast buffet was very nice and restaurant was also good for dinner.
Kitchen in the apartment was very well equipped.
The kids club was a bit basic. The staff at the club was not proactive at all.
Rooms were very humid which made staying inside and sleeping uncomfortable. They do have dehumidifiers but we had to request them which we did but only after two days. I recommend to have at least one per unit at all times.

Wifi unstable and laggy when screencast.
Wish there are more channels such as HBO or Netflix where we can sign in.
Breakfast place was not nice, and hot as there is no aircon.
But the staff are friendly. Especially room service staff who will set up your table when brought in the food.
Love the rooms as our place is spacious, very cozy and well facilitated. Except sofa bed is not flexible enough to open to sleep and close when not needed.
