Pros: Pretty much everything tbf. Excellent value for money, I paid less for 8 nights than I do for a weekend in a hotel in the UK. Apartment with balcony, decent air con, free cleaning and bedding change available, lovely, polite staff, especially Joy in the office. I would recommend unity block as oppose to bliss, bliss is further up the hill. Walking distance to restaurants, 24hr grocery stores, perfect distance from Bangla, no noise. Utilities provided for cooking, fresh towels, definitely be back.
Cons: few minor teething issues, one of the bedroom remotes needed replacing, cable TV had no signal, shower bracket loose. I arrived in the evening, I managed to sort the lounge cable TV, all other issues sorted by the next day, bed a bit harder than I'm accustomed to but not bad.

I stayed in Unity about 3 weeks. Rooms where big and service was fine. Location was peaceful. (Taxi to bangla 150-200b). The Unity is located on uphill so youll get free workout everytime you get there ;)
All good but in Thailand 1 time cleaning for week is ok but Bed sheets and towels should be change at least 2 time /week. Update that and Unity will be my booking all the time.

The location is great. I love the atmosphere like I live in the jungle with full facilities. The staff is very impressive. She is nice and has a good service.

I really liked the location of the hotel: on the mountain, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yes, you have to climb some steep stairs, but it's good cardio for those who like to lie by the pool like me. The room is equipped with a small kitchen. Very comfortably. There is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, and washing machine. Room cleaning was done every 3 days. Good water pressure in the shower. The pool is on the roof. The view is simply stunning and you can watch the sunset every evening. My manager was Joy. She helped with all my questions. I really liked the hotel and would consider to stay in it again in the future.
The walls are very thin and you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms. But it should be noted that the neighbors immediately understood that they were causing discomfort and muted the volume of TV, music or conversations

Tranquility a peace haiven and a blissfully location after exploring a hussling bustling bustling Patang and enjoying the beach just a 7min walk. I booked this place with the knowledge that its on a steep hill to improve our fitness and it has! Fantastic breath taking view, the pool a gym perfect for a work out all clean!! The staff will go an extra mile. Fantastic value for money!!

The view from the terrace swimming pool is simply spectacular. Well maintained with a decent gym. Housekeeping did a great job too.
