Entertainment, food and location. We travelled with our family. Staff was nice and spoke English. They were helpful. We are vegetarian and they had lots of options. Deserts were amazing.

The rooms were rather good and looked like newly renovated. The alcohol (except of wine) was good enough too.
We booked the hotel for The New Years Celebration. 31.12-02.01. Unfortunately our celebration turned to the nightmare. :( It was too many children. They were too loud hanging around like gangs without any control of their parents! There were several locations for the new years celebration at the hotel. But there wasnt any place for to hide from those children! They were everywhere! Even at the hotels PUB, which actually was kind of a nightclub at the hotel. I was shocked then I saw that 1/3 of the chairs in that pub were occupied by children (who are under 18 y.o for sure!). When I asked a service staff if it is normal that there were kids in the place where people drink alcohol and smoke, he said: it is a normal thing in our hotel! Me and my husband were shocked! Weve taken some drinks in the bar and went to our room. So instead of celebrating we had to spend our New Years Eve in the hotels room, watching tv. Very boring:( In the morning when we were on breakfast, the tea was spoiled and bitter and the fried eggs yolk was dried up. I couldnt even cut it! It was evident that some of the food wasnt freshly cooked, but remained from the previous day. We were very dissatisfied and at 11:00 on 01.01.24 we left the hotel. While checking out, the receptionist asked why we leave 1 day early, we replied that we didnt like the hotel at all. Ive asked for the refund of the second night. But the receptionist told that it is impossible. Let it be. We travel a lot and at least once in couple of months stay in different hotels. But this hotel was really our biggest disappointment. Not recommended!

Disappointing
The room was comfortable, the beds, the pillows etc clean, we had a room towards the side parking which was quiet ( paid thr receptionist 20 EUR to get it, of course they expected a nice gesture from you to do anything which was supposed to be their job).
The best part of this hotel is the entertainment at evening, you can really have diversity each night, shows, dancing, live music etc. You can enjoy both with and without kids. The beverages were also good, plenty of bars to get them from. The grounds of the hotel are nicely decorated, clean and well mantained.
The pier: The best part of the hotel, so nicely done and relaxing to spend time there. Careful when going in the water, it is deep and no lifeguards. There were very young children jumping from height, just accidents waiting to happen. I even saw people swim far in the distance at night, there was no control, as I said everyone did as they pleased.
The late check out and early check in: the only real advantage was this hotel has late checkout zone, you can relax, take a bath and actually continue using everything in the hotel, except your room, for as long as you need it. Also they offer access to everything even if you check in early, we waited for our room until after lunch but we were able to eat breakfast, enjoy the pool etc from the moment we arrived.
The app : I recommend downloading thr Swandor hotel app, you can have access to schedule of shows, map etc. Super useful
The first thing which comes to mind is the food. I want to mention first hand that both my husband and I got really sick in the middle of our stay there without any prior health issues. The breakfast was the best part of the meals, the lunch is a disaster, there is only the beach bar lunch option which was similar to a low quality fast food: same food daily, hamburgers, some salads which seemed recycled from dinner last evening, a lot of fried foods and basic drinks. You could not even take a fruit to your sunbed, had to walk each time to the beach bar to eat inside it. It was absolutely filthy around the food containers, but this was because of the guests, the hotel personel could not keep up with the mess. The fruits were soft, runny, like bought on discount for being old. The dinner was diverse, but always seemed so heavy, loaded in oil and the cooked food was in an area where it was extremely hot each time, too little space, always crowded. The dinner was supposed to start at 7, but because there were so many guest's you could almost never find seats, had to wait for a long time for a table to be cleaned. We went just once at 6:30 at the options were more then, so my guess is the "good stuff" finished fast by 7-7:30. The biggest dissapointment was also the sweets bar, the quality was horrible, only semolina based cakes, all tasted the same. In a hotel qhich evoques the ottoman empire you would expect to find traditional food and cakes ar any moment, well this is not the case here. I found Pistachio baklava just once in 7 days and that is unacceptable. The majority of food looks good, but he food is bad. Did not try the night options, but this hotel is supposed to have ultra all inclusive and in fact it's the worst hotel regarding food I've ever been to.
The a la carte restaurants: you can have dinner and breakfast for free in one of their a la carte restaurants. Just be careful to book from day one or you will not find places.

Everything last really clean. The food was delicious. Lots of choice we really enjoyed our first holiday in Turkey really nice performance every night perfect Holiday for October when the temperatures was really nice to swim outside and in the pool area.
We havent really great room, but outside was really loud in the night time you couldnt actually sleep we went to reception asked for other room and they give it to us in the same area so it was no point to change the rooms so we didnt have it lots of sleep and that was not really nice. You didnt want to sit down on the terrace as well right thats where all the time loud from ventilation from down the restaurant . Would we go again Yes and and no when we would have the same room then now.

Taxi are not allowed to get the customers from the hotel, we have to walk with my 2 kids and all luggages outside the hotel in main road to get the taxi, so I have to go back and forth to transfer the bags, there was no assistance at all from anyone in the hotel, that is enough to not comeback by any means to the hotel.

Generally a good resort but I havent been to other resorts in the area to compare what they offer. Their entertainment team was amazing and kept the atmosphere light and lively. Very neat and well kept property.
Omg!! The food. They serve the same food for lunch and dinner every single day which was such a drag. Good thing is they have a wide spread but having a theme focused cuisine would add so much more variety with a bit of a twist. It was exactly the same food literally every single day of our stay and we got over it so quickly.
Also though they have great variety at bar, they use the local alcohol instead of brands and made a huge difference in taste. Beer was never cold and none of the drinks were to my liking other than the A la carts restaurant
Lastly, it was so hard to communicate with certain staff as they did not speak English, and this got very frustrating as one didnt know how to communicate with them.

The hospitality, every one is very nice . Especially the housekeeping staff. Every one was so polite and caring thank you.
The only thing I was not happy about was that only a few staff could speak English. Staff should have basic English classes. So guests can communicate with staff. That makes everything so mouth and easy. Otherwise everything was lovely. Thank you so much
