Disappointing
The property isnt far from the city u can access everything in just one minute
First they were no pool you hv to walk with your bikini to the next sister hotel second the air condition was
Leaking water the sleeping room was full of water,third the
Dispenser was as well leaking water all of my living room was full of water they took to repair and did not bring it back then door they gave me a room they knew exactly the door had a problem I couldnt go out until I call someone from the reception to come and open the door I felt like a prisoner who need to be reporting to her master before going out.they repaired the door but still from inside I couldnt lock it so I slept with open door

The location is good with amazing view of the city and the apartment is very spacious with a decent kitchen. The rooms are clean, the shower had good hot water. Good aircon. The staff are kind. You can access the gym at Hotel Africana but beware its only open during 6-8pm, and does not provide you with water (they have water but no cup to drink in). Among the good and bad I think it is a value for money if youre not planning on working in your room.
Too slow or close to no WiFi, the Airtel network was bad in the rooms. No decent desk to work. At check in around 2pm there was no one at the reception - apparently they were at lunch but you should have someone there or should have informed me that they cannot receive me at 2pm beforehand. The noise is what got me most. You can hear everything through the low quality walls - I could hear that beep of the aircon from the room next door. The bathrooms are clean but the smell from the ventilators is awful - I think someone was smoking cigarettes and weed which I could smell every day. Beds are clean but I was bitten by a small insect most likely a bedbug. Towels are not washed until asked. For laundry you can order at cost but is expensive and came back semi-dry. They also staple your clothes with labels (even your underwear) although my laundry came back with someone elses tshirt so not sure if its working...
