I liked the food and atmosphere, it was very pleasant.
I didn't like the constant electricity outages and the WiFi is not consistent and the room I was booked in had issues with Decoder and I could t watch my soccer games.

Overall ambience, the pool, location and their food is exceptional, lots of breakfast choices
The washrooms are a bit small but overall it's a good property to stay.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and spacious. My one regret is that we didn't find this hotel in Kampala sooner and could only stay one night.

The location, and workers- lady Anne and two others at reception are everything!! Emily, Vincent, Sam, Dennis, Pam and guy at the gate with a round face were amazing Thank you for serving us for 18 days!! Overall, everything else is standard food, drinks, and swimming pool.
This place has potential but I think it needs some TLC the decor is very outdated in rooms and gym- the layout in bathroom is not good. What is with that dirty dark shower certain?? There's no light when closed...Having a glass door which can be cleaned/wiped would be more appropriate. I didn't like that we had to keep asking for toilet roll. It can be a little loud on Thursday to Sunday nights due to clubs near by. Oh and roads to hotel are really bad!!

The staff were wonderful,it was very clean,was in a great location. The bar and restaurant were very good value for money.
Its only a small thing, but the background music was generally all American or European, I would have preferred to have listened to African music.

Friendly staff with great service. The hotel has an excellent (and very well maintained) swimming pool, fitness centre and restaurant.

The service was fantastic, and the food delicious. I had a problem with my credit card, and the manager was incredibly helpful and supportive.
