The room was very basic, but it was okay for one night. The breakfast bread was quite good.
The room wasn't cleaned properly. I also thought that the breakfast would be a buffet, but they served the breakfast to our room.

one staff member was so kind and helpful with the check in and room selection process. location was close to downtown and walking distance to Cafe Javas, a restaurant we like. check in was easy
water pressure was a trickle and wasnt enough to shower so we had to just rise my kids off, brown water came out of the bath tub faucet before running clear again. no air conditioner remote so the factory setting was the only option. building is very very old.

The staff was extremely friendly and service was great. Breakfast was overwhelming as you could order different things directly from kitchen. The food was nice, and the outside bar area (even if we were in the center of Kampala) was peaceful and good place for working. Makerere University was in walking distance.
There was a construction work going on next to the hotel, and a lot of noice 24/7. The information about a "gym" provided by the hotel is misleading, as the gym was outdated and not functioning. That was disappointing as a gym was one of our selection criteria.

Location is not too bad
All night construct, view of scaffolding from all around the balcony. No liquid soap, towels or floor towel. Balcony gives directly into the gym, feels like you are inside the Gym. And this is one of the best rooms they have.

Breakfast was okay for the pricing, hotel had facilities Hot water, satelite TV etc, room facilities were okay
There were insects in the rooms including roaches! And there were issues of the hotel not being very trustworthy. You need to be extra careful so the staff dont give you charges you did not incur like charging almost double for the food
