Cleanliness, facility, little facelifting of the rooms. Generally the place looks an abandoned house.

The cold showers

No cleaning items like mop to clean the rooms while there. The WIFI only allowing you to access social media sites but you can't access emails using it.

The facility is good but needs renovation. It looks too old. Furniture & toilet fixtures can be changed as well. As a Muslim family, we hated the fact that toilets didn't have a shut-off hose. Using water bottles doesn't work anymore in this modern world.

We were only given one toilet role and one towel for two people for five days.

The kitchen and bathrooms were filthy! The utensils had rotten food from previous guests. The first unit we were given was filthiest and they moved us to another apartment but the difference was very small. The beddings were stained and had holes in them. The taps and mirrors hard toothpaste and other stains probably from many other guests! The cleaning towels, rugs and buckets were filthy! Yes, the property is old but there is total negligence. It was claimed that the units are dirty because management only provides vim and liquid soap for cleaning but I doubt this is the only reason. Because when they moved us to a new unit, I bought cleaning products for the kitchen and bathrooms because we were going to stay for long. The house keeper came in and I demonstrated to her how the cleaning should be done. I even assisted her in spraying the cleaning chemicals and showed her how to wipe using the hand towels and moved out. To my disappointment, when we came back in the evening, we found the chemicals dry in all the areas that had been sprayed! The only thing the house keeper did was mopping the floor using a filthy towel and bucket. From that day, I only let the house keeper in every 3 days juts to mop the floor and take the trash out! I was lucky to get some beddings and a few necessities from my sister who lives in Kampala, otherwise, our stay in this place for 19 nights woild have been a nightmare! Luckily, I only travelled with my teen son and didn't have my toddlers with me, it would have been a little worse. Therefore, if you're going to stay in this place for a few days and someone else is footing the bill, yes you can endure but if it is a long stay and you have to spend your hard earned dollars, then there are many other options to choose from.

Facilities old Bathrooms ,kitchen , bedrooms all need updating. Bathroom sink hanging off, lights not working,

Food you need to order from outside, but delivery is working, ok not big problem.
