The location - close to restaurants, shops, yet it is very quiet with a nice view of the golf course. The rooms are bigger than hotels I've stayed in Kampala.
Some of the rooms I've stayed have broken window locks on the second floor so I had to request to be shifted to another room that had locks that actually works

Breakfast has very limited vegatarian options. Particularly Indian/asian items were almost missing.
Airconditioning in rooms was non-functional as were other systems. Intercom was not fully functional, there was no list of important numbers, those mentioned on set were wrong. Security locker was not working, House-keeping staff not available after 8.00 PM.

Nothing.
Cockroaches in executive room that I was assigned.
Room changed to apartment, still dirty.
I could not get a refund 5 minutes after I paid and was fed some booking.com sad story.
I booked for 2 nights, Paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 night .
Rooms are too big, it can't be cleaned efficiently.

The Chef is an exceptionally good man but apparently was overwhelmed for the day. However he smiled through out all our difficult ordeals and he made our pain less bearable. Flowers for Chef Subira
The Customer Service, the Concierge experience, the room was not properly airated and was smelly, the room was not decorated as per my specific request, the facilities in the room are too old. There is just so much we did not like

I like the breakfast and the location and the staff are amazing that's y I keep going there because of the location and the staff that's all but also like the size of their is quite big which is nice.
I don't like the bed the mattress are super dirty the internet is Tribble and there's nothing on their TV no channels the tv is of super super old fashion considering what they are charging the guests per night.
