Large room. Great central location. Looking out the window you didnt feel like you were in the centre of Kampala. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice big shower.

It's a lovely quiet refuge in the middle of bustling Kampala. There is a palpable sense of calm the moment you arrive, and the manager and his staff are so welcoming. The bed was comfortable with proper mosquito nets, and there was a plentiful supply of free bottled water. The location is great for the city and Makerere University.

Humura is well located.
The neighbours room was very noisy and the rooms are not soundproof. We had to request refills of water & Tea sachets the next day and towels were also had to be asked. Check in was slow too and the parking was limited.

The location is good and the room is comfortable. They serve breakfast which is okay. They have a nice garden where you can sit.
The restaurant only operates for breakfast, so if you want a coffee after 11 am it will not be possible. You will have to order lunch and dinner and any drinks you want past breakfast time from outside the hotel. There were ants in the room, I feel like they should spray the rooms better. The pool is more for design than actual swimming.

The room were very big, clean and very well furniture/decorated. The location is good, since you are far away from the mess of Kampala and can have a good night of sleep.
The facilities are really nice but they are not taken care of. The pool was very dirty so we couldn't use it, the gym as well. They use to have a restaurant but are not operating anymore. We wanted to a have a drink at the end of the day and there was no staff around. Overall it feels super empty and not well taken care of. So, it's not a good price/quality ratio. If I would have known I would have booked another hotel with less option but also cheaper.

The hotel is in a green area, very quite near, the golf course, and close to Kampala center. A small outdoor pool is available. The breakfast was good.
The construction is being now performed, in some near rooms. Probably they are doing refurbishment, as the rooms are seems to be quite old style,

The rooms, and reception are the same and very good, The location is excellent
We have stayed at this hotel , in 2020, 2022 and 2023. Unfortunately, the hotel is in a bit of flux, whilst the rooms, and reception are the same and very good, there is no longer a working kitchen for lunch or dinner or even to get a bottle of water, which we did not know. they can order meals in from various restaurants, buts its easier just to go to these restaurants

I liked the large bed.
the property is in a hard to find location . the pool is very small and dirty . the kitchen is very small and takes VERY long time to get food.
