Good stuff, center location, clean rooms.
Hot water morning time and night comes late, even sometimes not fully hot. Twin bed was small.. sauna and steam area, can have more attention, the sofa is old. Need to be maintained.

Overal the place has a lot of amenities including a big pool and a very big Gym area
My room was over the kitchen nr 320 and during meals time was very noisy. On top of that the place is outdated and the breakfast options are very limited

The swimming pool as we have been 3 times before to the pool and thought we would stay this time
So many things werent to 4 star standard. On arrival we were charged over 50 for not paying in usd and wanting to pay ugx so they ripped us off with the currency exchange. On arrival to the room the room key would work had to wait outside for about 15mins and then they opened it with a master key but didnt give us the room key and we have to wait a further 40mins and go the reception ourselves for it. Then the safe would work so had to get a master key for it. At the bar I ordered a cocktail but they didnt have ingredients for it so ordered another and same issue didnt have ingredients finally on 3rd attempt they had it. Then we ordered two pizzas and two chips. The pizza came and we were finished them and still no chips. Had to ask for them again and they took that long we cancelled them. Very very disappointing! Will not be back.

The staff were very nice
My food bill was flipped they converted it to dollar.
The doors are outdated you have to open the door before seeing who is there

The location is pretty great, it has one of the biggest and best gyms, and the rooms are spacious and comfy beds. The staff overall is pretty good and always helpful Its my second time here and it was pretty good
The reception staff when i checked in at 5:00am and even though i had paid for the night informed me that the room i booked was not available, that was not a fun conversation, although at the end he did agree to upgrade me for two nights but no one wants to have this conversation at 5am after a 10 hour flight.
