The resort is very nice, with good restaurants, nice rooms, a great gym (compared to hotel gyms), and a small outdoor pool area. The staff was kind and the room itself was clean with all amenities. The entire resort feels very safe as well.
The location is a bit far off and requires a taxi if you want to get anywhere in the city. The lighting in the room (like in many places in Uganda) is very low. The hotel is a bit pricey but is worth it.

Loved the staff, the restaurant and my room.
Music was played throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. And too much light shined through the curtains at night.

Proximity to where I leave, and the completeness of services - restaurants, mart, bar, all in one space. Love it
The water in the shower wasnt always hot.
There was only one option of read in the room, rather restrictive.

I love everything about this hotel, the front desk are fantastic people, I wouldn't want to single out anyone because excellent team was assembled. very clean and quiet. the restaurant and bars are outside the residential area which gives it that aura of being home.

This is a sweet spot to spend a night or two in Kampala. Set back from the street in lush gardens, it's an oasis. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facilities are new and well-maintained. The three restaurants on the property are elegant and delicious. As for location, the Petit Village is convenient to the US embassy.

Clean, frendly stuff, but not all.
Beds have good materace, and nice pilows.
Overprice in my opinion, for sure not 5 stars, maximum 2 star.
No bar in room, no hot water somtimes, restaurant food not for eat avoid them, you can not have cofe in restaurant with your meal as you need to go to coffeteria if you wont coffe, we got a sleepers after 4 days off stay, tuth brosh just a 1 for 2 person room, no place to put or hang a shower, tv chipp and not working good, there is no spa just pay masage, brekfast is la card, bufer in weekend but is tereble. Coffe verry bad, sushi we give it back, it was not a sushi at all, no one come to talk about it, when we say we not like it laydy serving us pretend then she not understend, just get bill....
