Clean beddings/linen and towels were consistently clean I loved it as is most important for me to sleep comfortable. I could not have stayed without this.
Tiny insects which I think no one else can see. They were seen all over my staff, surfaces and floor. Constant use of bleach or Fumigation could help.

Lovely friendly staff and a very nice place to stay for 2 nights. It was clean and has all the basics you need.
It was great for a budget stay! A mirror in the bathroom would be nice but to be honest, no complaints here.

The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Also, lovely home cooked meals. The neighborhood is calm.
It would be nice if they accepted card payments. AC in the room would also be great. But for the money, it's a very good value, would highly recommend.

Staff are attentive, caring and try to make you feel welcome.
The resort is outdated and in severe need of maintenance and repair. My bathroom door came out of it's hinges.

Ive lived in Uganda for years and come to Kampala every month or so and this is one of the better places I have stayed.. The place is lovely as is the view. The room was cool and spacious. The breakfast was very nice - I had tea, toast and a Spanish omelette. But there were a selection of fruits and cereals too. The internet had a good connection.
I booked a room with a bath but it only had a shower. The check-out was 11:00, but at 10:30 I was asked to leave as a big group of cycling tourists had arrived. I was made to feel very uncomfortable. I left without having a shower and my bags were hastily packed. It wasn't a great end to a lovely stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Delicious breakfast served looking over lovely garden. Peaceful location for a city.
