The only positive experience were the friendly Ugandan staff members.
The Indian managers are very arrogant and racists. I have never experienced soo much disrespect from staff members in my entire life. On top they treat their local employees like animals. I felt like being back in the darkest times of racism again.The pictures describing the rooms you find in the internet are fake. The rooms are terrible. It starts with all TV`s not working, very tiny bathrooms and urgently in need of renovation. The food was uneatable. All of us had stomach problems the following days. Our room price was 425 US$ a night. Pictures to follow.

We loved the hospitable nature of the staff. My fiance's words on departure "I'm going to miss being treated like royalty". The manager, Kumar, is impressive at his job, and you can see this flow down to the rest of the staff. Everyone was so keen on helping and dedicated to making our stay more than special. Indeed it was a great vacation and birthday.

the property is cozy with a serene environment
the lock are not good enough. mine was a challenge to close and also that of my neighbor who was elderly and also struggled to close. I suggest it be replaced with card key instead of regular key

The breakfast offered a good choice of food and the service was friendly. Apart from that, a problem with the locking mechanism for my room was dealt with promptly and the problem was solved. Everything functioned very well.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like!

I was visiting from the states and had been sitting for a while before someone came and got our order. A white family that came way after us was attended to before us. This is 2023, things like that should mot happen. Please treat every human with respect and fairly. That was disgusting to us. Also there were no irons in the room. We were told we should pay money to get our clothes ironed?
