I like everything about the place hotel...the location is in the heart of Kampala. The staffs are wonderful, accommodating(Flavia, Fatuma, Vera, the two male staff) They were just like family.

The shower was warm and the bed was comfortable.
Method of payment says card but hotel only takes cash. Luckily payment was arranged to be taken through booking.com. The room did not have a toilet seat, the bath was broken, the bedside drawer wouldn't stay shut and the tv did not work. There was also no curtain covering the bathroom with a building next door looking in and the light in the morning would not turn on. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price but the restaurant was shut in the morning. Noisy awakening at 4.30am

Nothing.
Staff incompetent, rude and not helpful. Location industrial and not good. Rooms are a disaster. Internet basically didnt work from three different rooms. Way overpriced for what you get. Got out as soon as I could, and both locals who visited me said the same thing about this hotel.

I was astonished about the quality of the room. It was the most perfect low budget hotel in Uganda I experienced for an unbeatable price. The climax was the continuous-flow water heater together with the bath tube.
The only downer is the street noise.
