Clean and comfortable
Very expensive. Everything was extra and expensive. Late check and early check was £20 per hour (which is super expensive) even things like the WiFi was an extra charge.

Location
No hot water , we checked out at 5am and told the night receptionist, he was very rude and said why didn’t you tell us ! .. I replied that’s what I’m doing now not much we could do at 5am. We had two single beds in room one of which completely dipped inwards when you got in. On checking out the receptionist was no where to be seen, we asked the porter who was hoovering at the time where they were . He was so rude said “ I don’t know” and threw the vacuum down. He went to look for him and on return he walked straight pas us, we said thank you as he hadn’t acknowledged us and he nodded his head. We checked out Sunday morning the 16th of March.

Very comfy beds, great location for what we wanted. For those who would want to go into the city teh glide rbus passes the door every few minutes
It was disappointing to return on our second evening to find the bed unmade. Towels had been changed and cups etc replaced but looked as if they went out and forgot. When brought it to reception attention on check out the response was "Sorry about that. we'll let them know" That doesn't cover the mis service! Just a small blot on what otherwise was a very nice stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was good. Was quiet even though they had a few functions on.
The room was not clean. There was a layer of dust on the carpet....coffee cup stains on the surfaces from previous guests and the whole place just seemed a bit run down.

Location is great as you are on the main run to go anywhere. Stormont is just over the road, great place to spend the day .
