Absolutely fantastic weekend away and having a great hotel to stay in was the greatest gift. Damien was brilliant and Mark provided a very tasteful cooked breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless, beds comfy and lovely thick pillows. Very informative as to where we wanted to go and very helpful. We had a theatre trip on the Friday and an excellent meal at the Bank bar and grill. Took a tram ride and did some shopping. A wonderful break

Damien and Mark are the perfect hosts. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and located close to the seafront. Good breakfast and nightly bar service in a relaxed atmosphere.

When arriving at Chadberry House we felt that it looked inviting from the outside. The hall was clean and fresh looking. We were greeted by Damien who was welcoming on our arrival. Our room was just the right size for a couple, clean, fresh, beautiful made bed, everything we needed was made available. The mattress itself was the comfiest we have ever slept on. During our visit both Mark and Damien gave lots of ideas and information about local places to go to for eating or entertainment. Both Damien and Mark were entertaining and fun to chat with when we had an evening drink before heading out. We were greeted every morning at breakfast with questions about our previous day, plans for next. Breakfast itself was lovely, good presentation and just enough to see through till evening. Mark and Damien were happy to accommodate if we changed our breakfast the night before from having a full cooked to just beans and egg on toast. The guest house itself was in good proximity to attractions. The tram was literally 2mins down the road. Would highly recommend Chadberry house. Next time we visit blackpool jn the future we will book at the Chadberry.

Great hosts nothing to much trouble. Made us feel so welcome. My 2granddaughters loved it. We will definatly be going again. The breakfast was really good value for money in perfect surroundings. Well done damian and mark.

Very clean hotel, rooms nicely decorated, bed very comfortable and Superb breakfast. Very friendly hosts. Great location just off the front located between the pleasure beach and the tower (1 mile from the tower) Obviously street parking is very limited but they directed me to church car park at the top of the next road which has security cameras.
Nothing - For the money, nothing else was needed.

Damian and Mark were so accommodating right from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we left, nothing is too much trouble for them Mark cooks the most amazing breakfast and Damian is front of house tending to your every need with coffee,tea, toast, cereal, juice anything you want, and because there are only a small number of rooms you really get the personal touch unlike other bigger hotels. We've been going to Blackpool for years and years and have stayed at countless different places but not anymore whenever we visit from now on its Chadberry House all the way!!
Everything was perfect there is nothing not to like about the place.

Everything! My first time in Blackpool and felt incredibly welcomed by Mark and Damian The hosts were superb really friendly The room while small was functional and the bed was really good The breakfast (full English) was really nice and couldn't fault it at all
