Dinner & breafast although didn’t like the fact that there was confusion at meal times over the fact all the food out was starter meals (nothing to say what course they were). Think the location was good.
The fact we had no view just a brick wall.

The leisure facilities
The family room was small for 2 adults and two teenage boys, one of our foster boys has social anxiety and I asked if he could have his meals in the room and was told point blank no so considering we had paid for breakfast and evening meals for him he didn't eat at the hotel at all so had extra expenses getting him meals to eat away from the hotel which I feel was unacceptable also we had to ask for the beds to be changed on the first day and both bunk beds had dirty sheets with long black hairs all over the bottom sheets, cleanliness of the hotel was poor there was an empty can and an empty bottle of bailys that were left on the stairs and were not removed for three days

The food was excellent, staff were friendly, room was clean beds comfy, bathroom dated and very narrow but ok location is good. Entertainment not really our cup of tea, very loud ! Would havve preferred more bingo or quiz night etc than the singers. Overall had a great time.
A lot of the guests were very noisy, waking us up coming to bed late, also fire alarm kept going off .

I really liked the location of the hotel near the sea, I also liked the organisation in the hotel restaurant there are two divisions where the clean dishes come out and another where the dirty dishes enter. I liked it. Very well organised
On Sunday, Easter day, they offered Easter eggs for each table, it was very nice
The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. On Sunday the lady who cleaned our room left the impeccable room cleaner than it was when we entered the first day. The entrance is very dirty. The hotel is very beautiful but they should pay more attention to the presentation of the hotel, the stairs looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

The food was excellent. I couldn't have made better at home!
Every member of staff were fantastic especially the bearded lad in the restaurant
We stayed in Room 108 - it was too small for us. There wasn't anywhere to hang coats other than the floor, thankfully we didn't have any wet clothes to hang.
On Tuesday we were kept awake for most of the night due to a noise in the bathroom. I was told it was the extractor from the room above. I was told if it happens again report it and they will deal with it. Thankfully it didn't.

Only stayed the 1 night after travelling back from scotland.it was last minite. The room was quite small but clean .ISH. few stains on the walls and bit dusty but not major .. looks a lovely hotel at first sight
.But could do with a bit of a touch up paintwork and carpets could do with a clean. Receptionist young girl. Was good. .Didn't get to have the breakfast cos of waking up late .. if I was back up in Blackpool. I may stay again...
