Wonderful
It was in a good location. Good for tourists. Comfy bed.
The shower was tiny. Could hardly fit in it. And I’m not even fat I’m skinny so imagine a bigger person trying to shower in there. Mould on the ceilings. Water dripping off the walls in the bathroom from the shower. It was like being in the showers at a swimming pool. The room was a bit small could hardly fit my stuff in the room. They had too many rules. Such as if you call the owners between 10pm to 10am you have to pay £100 which is stupid because if there is an emergency it’s not guests fault. Have to pay extra for new towels. So I was using the same towel for a week and there was no where to dry it as they said u can’t cover the radiators and the bathroom was all wet from the condensation. The window was letting a draft in which made the room freezing cold. I hardly seen anyone at the reception bit. Luckily I didn’t need to ask any questions or needed help as no one was there for that.

Poor
No breakfast.
Shower and toilet in small enclosure through door from bedroom.
Not a lot to like.
Uncomfortable bed and pillows with one side of bed up against a cold wall. Quilt not warm or big enough for 2 tall people. Cheap bedding.
Shower frame and glass sides didn't fit the shower base so door didn't shut properly.
Shock to the core to find water ran cold (never warm let alone be hot enough) to shower so we didn't.
Room didn't appear clean, towels old and discoloured and no shower / hair shampoo. Didn't use the tea/coffee as water tasted odd and drinks sachets were not a decent enough quality. Saw owner once only.

Room 3: Twin Room;
The only thing thing we enjoyed about the room was the beds. They where comfy and very clean. The location is also really good.
Room 3: Twin Room;
Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, the room was covered in mould. The wall by the window was constantly damp and the window does not shut properly. Also, the heater in the room would cut out if it was put on full power. (There is no central heating) Arguably the worst thing about the room was the bathroom. There was a crack in the shower that lead to leaks, and the shower door didn't close properly. They only turn the hot water on at sporadic times, so getting a nice hot shower, if you prefer them, is really diffucult. I would strongly encourage people to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Good location. Staff brought iron and board as I asked. Friendly enough. Cheap. I paid £630 for 9 nights for 3 double bed rooms with "shower and toilet".
I have never been anywhere so bad n the sense of run down. So badly in need of update - my adult kids felt the same. Ancient bedding, curtains and blinds mouldy. Fluffy filth down sides sof beds and other guest rubbish. Bedding old and bed itchy although I checked for bugs - none (husband used to work for Rentakil so we would know signs!). I think so dusty it was making me itch - room smelt like not been turned over in a long time, so dust built and damp smell. I swear it hasn't been decorated since early 90's - border hanging off. One room had like white paint painted over border wallpaper - one coat and still see design of the border. Adult kids rooms - bathrooms from 80's. Not about being superficial but because they were so dirty with mould and age - not fit for purpose, didn't feel clean. Kids used ours as it looked a bit more clean as it was more up to date. Wanted to charge me £8 a day parking (that was a discount from £11!!). Luckily we managed parking on street as I have a Blue Badge. No bar - been ripped out. I believe place bought over so maybe for cultural or religious reasons, so I understand, but looks terrible the way ot has been left. The bar area chairs ancient - all cracked leather and just so run down. I wanted to leave so much, but had paid for the 3 rooms. I couldn't afford to go elsewhere. I wasn't going to waste £630 so only reason we stayed, as I felt that if I complained, they would not have refunded - wanted cash too. Please consider staying somewhere else! Cheap but so disappointing. Felt seedy and dirty. I have visited many many places in Blackpool and know for the money you can't expect much more than basic, but this was so bad. Seems as if it was once a lovely place - left to rack and ruin. Sad to see.

Disappointing
Location was good.
No option for Breakfast.
Our room was clean, but there was carpet over carpet. I hurt my foot on a staple hanging out of the devan base.
The wardrobe and drawers would be better to be open plan to allow flow.
The bathroom again had many layers over each other so it felt small.
