Great location for the event at the Winter Gardens. Also the landlord was very friendly and helpful.
No breakfast and the room was very small.

Location was good thats about it very cramped room in fact it was tiny en-suite was laughable wall paper hanging off very dated told us they just cleaned room found food stuff under bed n behind headboard under draws very dirty tired room place
Everything never stayed in a place so bad wants taking off your site

Location was good, a short walk from the front
We were put in basically an attic room, with a skylight window which had no blind so as soon as the sun was up in the morning it flooded the room and we were awake from the crack of dawn. Bathroom - dirty, couldnt swing a cat in there. Didnt even bother using the shower as youd need another shower after! Beds - creaky beds, itchy linen, uncomfortable. Room was as if it had just been thrown together to get more guests in. No wonder vacancies was lit up in the front window.

Bed was comfy.
Very basic, needs a lot of work done. But it was clean and comfortable, and that's all I wanted for the short stay, as I was with friends elsewhere all weekend, so only used for sleeping in.

Pleasant
Location was great, near town centre attractions, bars and restaurants. Beds were fairly comfy with a helpful wardrobe that we used. Pillows were comfy and the window in the room allowed for some breeze. Plug sockets at either end of the room. Hotel was fairly easy to find.
Room very cramped and strange shape, thing it was boxes in to create another room next door. Bathroom was tiny with strange yellow lighting and steps leading up to the shower, not very safe and cubical barely left any room to turn around. Bar was shut downstairs. Walls were pretty thin so could hear people in other rooms. Shower/sink did not have hot water when showering approx 5pm. TV had the most yellow screen I've ever seen and was less than 10", v high up on the wall and pixelated, unwatchable. Although we booked several nights in advance, the price was still very high with car parking on top of this. Sheets were very old with some staining visible. No lift so not appropriate for less abled visitors. No clear where car parking is.

Everything you touched was dirty. Sink didn't drain in shower, light bulbs missing in room, shower was dirty. Kettle covered in dust and dirty. Front of hotel not clean. No bar as advertised. No one around going in or out. Dirty sock.and cobwebs down the side of bed.

The location is great. The room was also good value for moneyt.
The shower was very hot and we were unable to turn the temperature down for it.

The staff are lovely, they gave 100% to accommodate all our requests. 6 stayed in four rooms that were clean with tea and coffee. We all enjoyed the stay and would stay again on short visits.
