Breakfast was fab, lovely staff, birthday card, banner and chocolates in the room. Such a lovely thoughtful touch. Really clean, welcoming, well run b&b. Would recommend!

It was excellent Diane and Graham were so friendly and so helpful and made us so welcome form the time we arrived to the time we left We had to move my daughter from a different hotel and Diane was very helpful and offered me a room that just come free Breakfast was all excellent and Diane was brilliant
I would not change anything it was excellent and great value for money

The Glenheath was spotlessly clean, crisp clean white bedding and white fluffy towels on arrival. Lovely breakfast and even catered for my little boy who is gluten free. Would definitely book here again if in the area.
Nothing, I would recommend this accommodation for a short stay.

Great location 15 minutes walk to the tower. Secure paid parking at the train station 5 minutes walk away. Lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast!
The water pressure in the shower wasnt very powerful and kept dropping out to cold water.

This hotel was excellent value for money and delivered on everything it said. The twin room on the 1st floor was cosy, warm and very clean. The beds were very, very comfy and everything was in the room that we needed. This was topped off by a superb cooked breakfast and great hosting. Most definitely a recommendation from us, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. 10 out of 10 from us.

Diane was lovely, a really warm welcome. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, I love my food and this was absolutely delicious.
I could not get the shower working so I gave up and had a sink wash. Im sure if Id asked Diane or Graeme they wouldve sorted it but i couldnt be bothered
