When we booked there was breakfast included buffett as was when stayed last year wasnt until we went down Sunday morning and was told has been continental for month which we hadnt been notified of so ended up goin out for breakfast and paying extra

Close to the tram line and sea front and close to pleasure beach and the free parking at the hotel
Stayed for 7 days and for 5 days we had No hot water in the shower or in the sink spoke with management few times to be told they would reset the boiler & was told at one stage the boiler is broke and will be fixed tomorrow. Didnt get any compensation for not having any hot water!

Close to facilities that we needed.
Not enough parking, no towels in the room when we spoke to reception was informed would bring them up to us straight away this did not happen, went back down again and no was around. Had to go down first thing in the morning and ask again. Rooms need a refresh, and the bathroom/room did not feel or look clean. The unit to hang clothing off was in an unsafe space, meaning you had to duck to get around the bed.

Disappointing
Great location, close to Pleasure Beach, and also short walk to tram stop, the staff very friendly.
The room was OK, but not really a family room, it was just beds and a tv with a 2 seater couch, breakfast was very disappointing as breakfast was included in the price, but not a cooked breakfast and the bar area was closed on the Sunday night due to low occupancy, it shouldnt matter how many guests you have all should still be catered for.

The location was perfect
The hotel was not clean the room was dirty the pillows were yellow. Did not feel safe there with my children. The walls were paper thin so could hear the other neighbours arguing during the night. The staff were friendly enough but the owner told us he had just brought the property but the nearby residents had said he had been trying to sell it for months and they had a 0 food rating.

On arrival was told by a presumed staff member " would rather slit my wrists than be from Bolton" which is not a good thingo say to a mh patient in recovery, room full of dust, breakfast passable but would be more suited to kitchen nightmares, lift looks like that Disney ride the tower of terror

Location was good for pleasure beach
The hotel was filthy and in desperate need of decorating and a revamp !!!
Breakfast room was filthy , ironing board behind the food, badly stained carpet and window sill never been cleaned !
Staff very unprofessional mostly outside smoking , if you needed her you had to go outside the hotel where she was sat smoking ( in chef clothes)
Cups in room not washed no clean towels and no tea coffee and milk replacement on 2nd day ..that was without the musky smell !!!! AVOID

I've stayed here before and the staff were amazing as usual. Brilliant location and parking is easy and convenient
Downside is the room we were in had no shower head, the toilet leaked and it could have been cleaned a bit better but the staff did everything they could to help on such short notice
