On arrival John and Jayne came out and moved there cars in order for me to park my van was really nice of them
Room was ready everything explained by j&j very welcoming hosts
Room was all in good order with tea and coffee in room fresh towels and nice clean bed
Breakfast is second to none with array of cereals and pastries on offer and a well cooked breakfast best we have had in a long time j&j were always on hand to make sure everything was ok they couldnt do enough for you
All in all we had lovely stay here and would recommend to anyone travelling to Blackpool we shall be back in the near future thank you

We were made to feel so welcome from the minute we arrived. Room was lovely and comfortable. Jane and John are amazing hosts - welcoming, friendly and kind. Breakfast was perfect and filled us up for the entire day! Fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Blackpool.

This was our second visit, excellent breakfast, excellent shower, fab size of TV in room & excellent location with on street parking

Fantastic. Really felt welcomed and they go the extra mile with parking by moving they're personal cars and even neighbours cars for guests to have parking space. The room was nice and clean. The food at breakfast was great and even John's banter. Thank you John and Jane we had a great time staying at your hotel.

Great little place, Jane and John are so welcoming and helpful, perfect location and no complaints with the room! You will not leave here hungry that's for sure, amazing breakfast, selection of fruit, cereal tea coffee and orange juice which is all unlimited and PLUS an amazing fried breakfast, highly recommend and will definitely return!
I don't have any negatives at all from our stay here!
