Friendly and welcoming. Ideal location, tram stop just across the road. Good value for money and nothing is too much trouble. I asked for an extra pillow at breakfast and by the time wed finished it was there by our room door. Breakfast perfect start to your day, hot to order.
Noise travels a bit but its more about people being more considerate staying there as its an older building.

Lovely family run hotel perfect spot for me and my 5 year old, just out of the hustle and bustle but only 3 bus stops to the buzzing side of blackpool. Lovely little beach right across from the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent family run hotel. All the staff are very lovely and extremely approachable about anything. I really enjoyed my stay with my nephew. Cant wait to come back in December.

Owners felt like friends. Breakfast was yummy. Bar prices were good. Room was lovely and clean. See view was perfect. Close to amenities just a small tram ride away. We will definitely be coming back
