Very clean fresh. Well kept friendly b&b .
Excellent location easy access to major attractions.
Breakfast is also fantastic cooked fresh each morning.
Jo and Andy and family are fantastic people very good hosts.

I did not manage breakfast as my kids were sleeping. The time slot was 8.30 to 9 am so I can't comment on the food. However loved the room it was clean and the staff seemed very friendly. Good location. Would return again.

Property was well equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Having the bar area in the evening was great to have some grown up time whilst our teens had some time in the room upstairs on their own.
