Lift was like a coffin I asked for lower floor because of mobility issues and chlostrophobic for lifts and guess what they didn't listen and put me on the top floor. Not very accomadating.

i booked for 2 of us,but i wasnt well enough to go,my friend went,i didnt expect a full refund,but expected half of it back,i i got nothing an no response from the hotel?
they never got in touch,knowing full well i cancelled,just kept the money

Enjoyed the entertainment
Not happy being on the fourth floor despite requesting lower floor at the time of booking because of broken ankle. Also when trying to book the package deal told it was fifty pounds per night and not forty as advertised.

The hotel is a little dated but spotlessly clean. It has a perfect location on the seafront between the town centre and the pleasure beach.
All the staff were very helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was lovely. A good selection of cereals, fruit and yogurt with a full English to follow. Great value accommodation

Excellent welcome. Rooms more than adequate. Very small bathroom which some may have difficulties with. Stayed bank hol - older clientele but certainly preferred when staying in Blackpool! Highly recommend and would 100% stay again. Good value for money.
