Lovely clean place, tea coffee drinking choc. Milk and water in the fridge in you room. you are made very welcome. Excellent full English if you choose. You can help yourself to fruit and cereal. Although a little way out from the main attractions you can walk 2 mins to the trams stop all day travel for 6.60 very worth it. 2nd time staying at the A&p shearen and booked again for September. Thankyou Adam and Phil.

Quiet street yet only 2 minutes to the prom just past the grand Hotel. Room had a fridge and I was supplied fresh milk and a bottle of water. Breakfast was cooked with yoghurt and cereal prior to the cooked if you wanted. Cat was very friendly took me to my room one morning ha ha.

The room was really clean. A nice comfortable stay. The shower was surprisingly powerful, which was good. I really enjoyed my breakfast too. Sheron house is really well placed for easy access to the tram system so you can get to town easily without being in the thick of it. I enjoyed being in a quieter area, which allowed for a good nights sleep. Overall i really enjoyed my stay...thanks lads
P.s George was a little cutie
The only thing that i didn't like was how bright the bedroom lights are

It was easy to find and only 2 mins from a tram stop, the interior of the house was very well kept the food and service was very quick

Just left from a stay here, I never really leave reviews but I feel like this B&B deserves it.
Very welcoming, exceptionally clean and value for money.
A nice walk to the main strip, or 5 minutes in a taxi.
Bedrooms are themed, really nice touch!
Beds are comfortable, everything was pleasant!
This B&B would definitely be my go to on my next visit to Blackpool.
There is nothing I did not like.

Quirky themes, clean, warm and friendly. Lovely quiet spot not too far from anything. Tasty breakfast with a nice selection to choose from. Slept really well. Hopefully see you all again sometime :)

Just a really nice place to stay and with a warm welcome. Adam and Phillip are lovely hosts who make sure their guest are well treated and made welcome. Great breakfast too. Good for a chat and a laugh. Dont just take my word visit it for yourself !

Lovely b&b very clean. The room was very good in a nice quiet part of Blackpool. Trams are very regular so not to bad to get around only 6 and you can use them all day . Adam and Phil made us very welcome and very knowledgeable of the area. All the rooms are themed great idea and a small bar down stairs can't go wrong. Thanks again Adam and Phil x
Nothing a didn't like about the place everything all good. Breakfast excellent you have a kettle even an iron.

Host were lovely, couldn't of asked for a better stay. Thankyou and we will be back. Great value for money and a 5 minute taxi ride, or 20 minute walk. Couldn't of asked for a great weekend. Thankyou guys x
