Derek and Amanda were wonderful hosts, very attentive and friendly. We were given a larger room on arrival which was a nice surprise. The room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Breakfast was also great! Will 100% be returning on our next trip to Blackpool. Location is perfect for the main attractions!

It was the perfect location . And the cleanest hotel we have stayed in , in Blackpool . Food was amazing and the hosts were the best . We definitely will be returning .

Everything was clean and cosy. It Is in a perfect location to everything. Hosts was so very welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. Hope to be back soon

Wonderful accommodation, in a perfect location for our stay. Clean, warm and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and both Derek & Amanda were extremely welcoming hosts. We will definitely stay again. Thank you both for a great weekend.

Location was brilliant for accessing the central Blackpool facilities especially the Tower Ballroom / Winter Gardens. As usual a very friendly greeting from the owners, with their brilliant and flexible breakfasts such good value for money that we will be returning again in 2025.
Some might find the stairs a little challenging, but help with the luggage did not make it an issue.

Really friendly and welcoming from our arrival. The hotel is spotless clean and the room was cosy and comfortable.
The owner was very helpful with suggestions of places to eat and even provided us with menus to help decide.
The hearty breakfast was excellent and again, nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, it was worth every penny of the reasonable price.
