Payed extra for a sea view but literally had the smallest dirtiest window above the beds that we were unable to see out anyway

The location and the lady that works on the bar she was very friendly
The tv didnt work when we plugged it in it started smoking. I told the owner and he said somebody would come and look at it nobody did we didnt have a TV all weekend. The bathroom was mouldy but the beds were very comfortable.

Clean, tidy, comfortable, good positioning on the sea front. Good value for money. Friendly staff, engaged with children and made them feel welcome. Any problem or query we did have was resolved/answered very promptly. Nice breakfast and good selection. Enjoyable stay.

As a couple we had a very warm and friendly welcome, the property was very clean and tidy, the staff were absolutely amazing and if you had a problem they were always happy to help.
Couldnt fault any of the facilities either.
Its in a fantastic location on the promenade, with excellent views, transport is also easy accessible. And theres Lots of local amenities
nearby too.

Being on first floor
Cars being crammed together so unable to access
Bar being closed by 8pm,
no area to sit if down early in the morning,
Very basic breakfast area
