Staff are great really lovely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect . Breakfast is great more than satisfied. Loads of tea and coffee in room with more on request. On site parking.
We couldnt use yhe shower as wasnt clean really scaled up.

Breakfast was lovely and hot both days we ordered it, hot exactly what we ordered, Phil was an excellent host/cook, room a little dated (window couldn't be closed) not an issue as we had a decent weekend weather wise, parking excellent
Blinds or nets on windows would be a good idea as we couldn't open curtains without neighbouring property possibly looking in,

My double room was sufficient for myself however I think it was a bit on the small side for 2 people,the price was very appealing and if I return to Blackpool I will return to the south beach hotel
