There was nothing to like
I think it was poor the shower was dirty the roof was caving in and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to be let in and the bed

Getting up in the morning and leaving
Everything. Rooms was too hot! Wallpaper was hanging off the walls, mattress didn't even fit the bed base. By the end of the stay there was no hot water so we had to have cold showers. No way of contacting anyone other than a number thay was based in London which is absolutely no good. We booked 2 rooms the other room didn't have any curtains you could open, light cord was broken so a 60 year old had to climb onto the shower to switch the bathroom light on. It is nothing like it's photos on booking.com and I will be contacting them aswel

Three young men running the hotel could not speak alot of English. There was glass lying around the floor from smashed mirrors with staff just stepping over it rather than clean it up.

There was no staff throughout the stay (apart from to give keys over) the rooms were dirty,scruffy and incomplete,some rooms had no curtains,the ones that did couldnt close them,the blinds were non existent,slats missing and also didnt move so it was impossible to block out the early morning light,the mattresss were so uncomfortable,hard and had the springs coming through,worst night sleep ever,would of been more comfortable sleeping in an homeless shelter (and probs more cleaner tbh) the facilities didnt work,there was no hot water,couldnt get a hot shower,we had to pretend we were in the jungle (freezing water is being kind) toiletries werent replaced (I had to buy my own toilet roll )hand rails were hanging off walls,as was the wallpaper,the walls were dirty and stained,ththere was no staff to report too,the reception was always closed,the bar facilities didnt exist,they ripped families off,made them pay cash then purposely left them with no where to stay and wouldnt answer their phones resulting in a family smashing the hotel up,one of the youngsters in our group had a mirror thrown towards him as he was decending the stairs leaving him a little shook up (I mean WTAF why would u ever expect that in a hotel) crime scene investigation was quick to get there the following day mind,shame the staff werent as quick to be there to stop it happening in the first placeoh my,honestly the worst place to stay in EVER and if I were booking.com I would remove this hotel from my listing
There was also holes in doors,wires all over,the glass was there until the next evening

Manager pretending not to be on premises, angry guests whose bags were taken, manager was hiding in office with them when guests went to seek him out and fight nearly happened to retrieve their belongings Drug bags found in another room with kids staying in it. Angry drunk resident starting on guests. They had taken cancellation money off guest who couldn't stay because of filth. Half hotel is derelict. Blackpool Council and police informed. Do not stay here...SCAM hotel....everyone who was there was checking out getting refunds from bookings.com...everyone who was meant to check in after an hour waiting outside didn't check in because of how bad it was. All kicked off big time. Avoid...I don't know how bookings.com can even advertise this place.

Walking distance to promenade
No staff present upon arrival and then when a man did turn up he was wearing flip flops and hardly dressed as a professional.
Property is tired and dated. Non matching cups in the room too! We ended up going out for drinks and checking In elsewhere and only returned in the morning to collect our bags.

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location
The room was small and unclean, the wallpaper was hanging off the walls, blinds up at the windows were ripped and had slats missing and no curtains so no privacy. The handrail in the shower was hanging off the wall, only 1 double plug socket in the room so had to plug extentions in. Tv didn't work and no staff to sort it out.
