The location was great and the breakfast was delicious. The older lady and the server are a great asset to the business.
On walking in there seemed to be some sort of pungent smell which I could not say what it was but very unpleasant. Decor and rooms dated could do with a major revamp. The older gentleman was not welcoming at all, in fact quite rude on occasion and hard work! Think it's time he retired because he was extremely unpleasant. Will not return.

This B&B is in an excellent location for the best parts of Blackpool, with most key attractions just a short walk.
Although dated, the B&B is good value for money.
B&B was clean with a very good breakfast.
Although a good location in regards to the key attractions of Blackpool, the street it is located in is deprived with several derelect houses. This could be off putting and has safety concerns at nighttime, especially if alone.
Much of the wiring in the room was taped up with electrical tape and the toilet had a child seat glued to the main seat and could not be removed.
Advertised as having bar snacks/food but none available.

The location to all the attractions is supurb, just off the sea front, but only a street away, you come out right next to central pier so ideal.
The breakfast is amazing never failed to impress over the 4 days we were there, plenty of cereals toast and the full English was amazing there was different drink options to go with it to.
Rooms are clean and everything you need is there, even an ironing board which impressed me, beds were comfy, what more can you ask for.
There's a bar and a free pool table so we even used those facilities too
Rooms are big enough for 4 to sit comfortably and play cards and domino's on an evening
Amazing service the whole time staff were friendly and every helpful
Our friends kettle wasn't working and quickly changed it, so quick to make right again what more can you ask for

I stayed in the single room and was pleasantly surprised that it had a bigger bed than usual, more like a small double. A very generous amount of tea, coffee and milk (something often lacking in some more pricey establishments).
The location is very convenient, close to the Central Pier. The Aberford has a bar although I didnt use it.
The breakfast is cooked fresh to order and plentiful.
All the staff are very friendly
I would have liked a lamp in the room. The overhead lamp was too harsh.
My room was located at the very top of the house, I dont have any problem with stairs but it could be a consideration for others.
Other than that I had a very comfortable stay.

Friendly staff and very welcoming breakfast was nice and just overall brilliant would recommend family friends to stay here I will be staying back here in the future this is the spot for me now and close to the main strip.
