Very Poor
Location - near to the tower and seafront. However the noise made it impossible to sleep
Everything. It appears to have been sold by the previous owners. The gentleman who checked us in appeared to also own the hotel next door and restaurant. No hot water in the shower. Bedroom was very small. Constant noise all night from local homeless population breaking into the entry way located near our room and from football fans chanting until 4am. No breakfast offered. Bedding was stained although had been washed. Place needs a good thorough clean.

From the moment we checked in to checking out made to feel very welcome, would definitely return. Clean rooms with tea/coffee, ensuite and great host and right in the middle of Blackpool will definitely return.

Tiny window in tiny bedroom and sweating . No fresh towels over three days or toilet roll and beds werent made once . There were items belonging to someone else in drawers

Lovely place to stay in Blackpool. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are everything you need. Comfy bed/ Tea and Coffee and first time Ive stopped in a place that has a fridge and your own iron and ironing board In your room. Very clean throughout the whole place. Excellent location very close to town centre and the sea front. Will definitely stay here again.

Good wholesome British Breakfast, attentive owners, clean tidy and spacious with a good hot shower. Very convenient for the front , the shops, the trams and also the Winter Gardens.

The location is fantastic, Tina and her husband were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Lovely clean and comfortable stay.
Going by the pictures, we were shocked to find that there was no longer a bar. We would have given it 10/10 if the bar was still there. I ended up staying in my room on my own while the rest of our group went out on one of the days, as I had mobility problems if there had been a bar our group would of sat there instead of me been on my own. Need to update your pictures on website.
