It was easy to find and central. The hosts were very friendly and looked after us well . Our room was clean and had everything we needed including tea, coffee and a fridge. The breakfast was lovely too.
There was nothing we didnt like.

very clean was made to feel welcome as soon as you entered the property the bed was comfy coffee and tea making facilities in your room little mini fridge which the hosts filled with bottled water for you and the breakfast was exceptional great value for money

was the room was comfortable and clean
felt uncomfortable when going in and out of the property.As you was always getting watched what ever you did. Also I dont like being watched whilst eating my breakfast.

We stayed at Friends Hotel to attend a dancing competition at Winter Gardens and I can honestly say it was the best stay we've had in Blackpool :) Really friend owners, very comfortable rooms, hot showers (hurray!), nicely decorated, delicious breakfast, walking distance to the ballroom and parking right outside - perfect!

Big room, all facilities, bed was so comfy and breakfast was delicious. Good choice of hot or cold. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be going again.
Maybe some shampoo, only because we didn't take any.

Fantastic best bnb I have been in Blackpool. Everything just perfect location comfort hosts breakfast. Looking forward to going back made my visit best ever.
