I liked almost everything, the owner was very friendly welcoming and the room was spacious and the bed and pillows were really comfortable.
Brilliant cost for the night and we will definitely be booking again. And setting an alarm so we can try the breakfast.
There were only two minor issues: there 6 no towels in the bathroom, this didn't matter too much, though, as we only stayed for one night.
The second minor issue is that breakfast is only done from 8.30 until 9, and unfortunately this meant my partner and I missed it, it would have been better if it could have been served until 9.30 to give us a chance to try it.

It’s close to the station (Blackpool North) and even closer to the beach ; the area was quiet, which was great.

Avoid!
Unreasonable owner, tried charging me more due to wanting to check in later than expected.
Asked for fee to be waivered due to weather conditions, working in the Blackpool and this was an emergency visit otherwise there would be noway I’d of wanted to stay at this property, following investigation the area is very run down and a very unusual owner.
Unfortunately the owner is now trying to take me to court for not paying £54.00. (For two nights)!

Very run down no heating was very cold we left after one night we were offered parking for for a extra charge which was appaling back alley with pot holes bricks and bins which you had to miss clothes had to store in wardrobe in bathroom which was damp because of the room being cold
